About billing

What is a project?
A GitHub or GitLab repository, or a WordPress site. A monorepo counts as one project.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes. Your card is saved when the trial starts, but nothing is charged during the 14 days. After that, the plan's price is charged automatically every month, unless you cancel before the trial ends from the Subscription page.
What happens if I run out of analyses?
The nightly watch keeps running: it does not use up any analyses. To run more analyses during the month, add a pack, the same whatever your plan: 100 analyses for €29 excl. VAT, 500 analyses for €99 excl. VAT or 2,000 analyses for €299 excl. VAT.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately and is billed pro rata. A downgrade applies at the end of the paid period, if your projects and members fit within it.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. Prices are shown excluding tax, per month; the applicable VAT is added to the invoice.
How do I cancel?
From the Subscription page in the app, at any time: your plan stays active until the end of the month already paid, which is not refunded, and then nothing more is charged. During the trial, nothing is charged. An Enterprise plan follows the commitment period set in its quote.
